The opportunity

Help biopharma clients navigate and shape the US health policy environment, as part of the policy strategy team at a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy. You’ll turn federal and state policy developments into practical insight for launch, pricing, contracting and access decisions.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and analyse federal and state health policy, including the Inflation Reduction Act and Medicare and Medicaid changes
  • Assess what policy developments mean for clients’ pricing, contracting and access strategies
  • Support launch, pricing and access projects with policy-informed analysis and recommendations
  • Develop clear insights and communication materials for client leadership
  • Work directly with clients and project leaders to deliver actionable findings
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years in consulting or industry, depending on degree level
  • A background in US health policy and biopharma commercialisation
  • Working knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare and Medicaid
  • Understanding of market access, pricing and the regulatory environment
  • Strong communication skills, with confident use of Excel and PowerPoint
