The opportunity

Lead and grow the East Coast analytics practice of a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy, at Associate Partner level with a seat on the practice leadership team. You’ll build something of your own, backed by an established West Coast analytics team and a collaborative strategy group.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Win and grow client relationships, lead proposals and own a book of strategic accounts
  • Act as a recognised expert in commercial analytics, from forecasting and market access analytics to field force and data strategy
  • Oversee engagements end to end, leading senior client workshops and steering committees
  • Shape the practice’s methods, tools and go-to-market with firm leadership
  • Build, lead and mentor teams across levels and locations
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 12+ years in pharma commercial analytics, with a track record of business development and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise across forecasting, market research, pricing, market access and commercial modelling
  • Senior client presence and experience leading large, multi-location teams
  • An entrepreneurial approach and a record of building new methods or offerings
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field, life sciences or business is preferred
