The opportunity

Lead and grow the New York strategy practice of a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy, as a Partner and equity holder with a seat on the firm’s leadership team. You’ll own senior client relationships, help set the firm’s direction and build a team around you.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Originate and lead a portfolio of senior client relationships across pharma and biotech, with full responsibility for revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted adviser to C-suite and executive committees on corporate, portfolio and commercial strategy
  • Lead the firm’s most complex, high-stakes engagements, from framing the question to recommendations and implementation
  • Shape firm-wide strategy, offerings and thought leadership as part of the partnership
  • Build, lead and develop high-performing teams, and attract senior talent to the practice
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years in life sciences strategy consulting or senior industry strategy roles, with a proven record of selling and leading large engagements
  • An established network of senior relationships across pharma and biotech
  • Deep expertise in corporate, portfolio or commercial strategy, with recognised thought leadership
  • A track record of building and leading teams and growing a practice or business
  • An advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD or equivalent) is preferred
