The opportunity

Lead and grow the market access practice of a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy, as a Partner and equity holder with a seat on the firm’s leadership team. You’ll own senior client relationships and set the direction for the firm’s value, access and pricing work.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Originate and grow a portfolio of senior client relationships, with full responsibility for practice revenue
  • Advise executive and global access leaders on value, pricing, payer and launch access strategy across the US and Europe
  • Lead complex access engagements end to end, from evidence and pricing strategy to launch readiness
  • Shape the practice’s offerings, methods and thought leadership, including the impact of policy and pricing reform
  • Build, lead and mentor teams across levels and locations
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years in market access, pricing or HEOR, across consulting and/or senior industry roles, with a track record of business development
  • Deep expertise in US and European access, pricing, contracting and HTA
  • Senior client presence and an established network among access, pricing and commercial leaders
  • A track record of building and leading teams and growing a practice or business
  • An advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, policy or business is preferred
