The opportunity

Lead patient services strategy and implementation work for biopharma clients, with a focus on specialty therapy areas such as oncology, immunology and rare disease. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues and client leaders on commercial challenges, and help build a fast-growing consulting firm. Fully remote within the US.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, mainly on patient services, alongside commercialisation, launch, strategy and organisational work
  • Set project objectives, build and manage project plans, and make sure tasks are delivered
  • Design, run and synthesise primary and secondary research
  • Turn findings into clear insights, recommendations, opportunities and risks for corporate and commercial strategy
  • Work regularly with senior client stakeholders
  • Recruit, develop and manage talent, and help identify and win new business
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in life sciences consulting or comparable biopharma roles
  • Deep US patient services expertise across access, affordability and adherence, from strategy through launch, operations and continuous improvement
  • Hands-on experience with patient journeys, process mapping, programme business rules and voice-of-customer research
  • A strong grasp of market access stakeholders (payers, field teams, trade and channel, marketing, regulatory) and how policy shapes access
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and federal payers, and of reimbursement across care settings
  • Experience leading multiple workstreams in matrixed teams, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree
