The opportunity

Design and deliver strategic medical affairs projects for biopharma clients, and help grow a well-established medical affairs consulting team in New York.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Lead teams across two or three concurrent projects, from planning to delivery
Advise on medical planning, stakeholder engagement, insights and scientific communications
Guide clients on real-world evidence and data strategy
Lead proposals and business development with senior partners
Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll bring

5+ years of life sciences consulting or industry experience in medical affairs
Experience building credible relationships with senior pharma stakeholders
Strong project management and multidisciplinary team leadership
Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and writing skills
An advanced degree and a life sciences or numerate background are preferred
