The opportunity

Lead analytics engagements end to end for pharma and biotech clients, managing onshore and offshore teams and acting as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Run several client engagements at once, owning plans, budgets and quality
  • Lead forecasting, commercial analytics, field operations and market access analytics work
  • Build trusted relationships with VP and SVP-level clients and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and support new proposals
  • Recruit, coach and develop junior analysts
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of quantitative analytics experience with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a bachelor’s
  • Experience managing teams and client relationships in consulting or professional services
  • Strong pharma modelling skills and fluency with provider, payer, claims and EMR data
  • Confident, clear communication with senior executives
  • Oncology or rare disease experience is a plus
