The opportunity

Join the policy strategy team at a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy, supporting biopharma clients as they respond to a fast-changing US health policy landscape. A strong first or second step for someone with a policy, health economics or life sciences background.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Track federal and state health policy developments and summarise what they mean for clients
  • Build analyses and models on pricing, coverage and reimbursement impact
  • Carry out secondary research and support interviews with payers, providers and policy experts
  • Prepare slides, briefings and client materials
  • Work alongside senior consultants and managers across several projects
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years in consulting, policy, biopharma or a related field, or a relevant advanced degree
  • A strong interest in US health policy, drug pricing and market access
  • Good grasp of Medicare, Medicaid and the commercial insurance landscape, or a willingness to learn fast
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
