The opportunity

Join a fast-growing policy strategy team at a specialist life sciences strategy consultancy. You’ll lead engagements that translate US health policy into pricing, access, commercial and advocacy strategy for biopharma clients, and help build the practice.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Lead project teams on cross-functional work at the intersection of US health policy and life sciences commercialisation
  • Frame policy implications for clients’ pricing, access and reimbursement strategy
  • Help clients define positions, prioritise issues, shape policy proposals and deploy policy communications
  • Design and synthesise primary and secondary research into clear recommendations
  • Build senior client relationships, support new business and develop talent
Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years in life sciences consulting, biopharma or a relevant trade association
  • Strong command of US drug pricing, coverage and reimbursement policy
  • Understanding of insurance reform, PBM economics and provider landscape shifts
  • Experience in specialty areas such as oncology, immunology, neurology or rare disease
  • An advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA or MS) is preferred; health policy thought leadership is a plus
